2. Clearance and inspection of gaps: stains, aluminum scraps and dust in the gaps should be cleaned and the next procedure can only be carried out after the quality inspection personnel meets the requirements.

3, perfusion caulking agent: caulking agent perfusion before the window frames should be first assembled, homework with aluminum POTS dressed in black and white two raw materials, manual filling, according to the dosage of each box ingredients, and then to the gap along the seam width around mobile, and along the box to the other end at the end of the shift, movement speed by caulking agent evenly into the window frame groove is foaming, and immediately cover clamp with wood, finished until foaming expansion gap filling agent, can remove plank. When pouring aluminum square tube caulking agent, first put the aluminum square tube vertically, and block the lower end with a board, and then pour the calculated amount of caulking agent from the upper end, and then cover the upper end with a board until the caulking agent is consolidated.

4. Cutting, leveling and joint filling agent: after perfusion, the joint filling agent solidifies after 30~60s, and then USES special cutting tools to cut and smooth the edge of the frame. If the frame is not full of caulking agent, it can be replenished and cut flat after curing.

5, install aluminum alloy door and window frame and fan: cut and repair the good door and window frame can be installed on the wall, other processes as before. The aluminum square tube filled with caulking agent was made into the door frame and window sash according to the needs and then assembled. Thus, the caulking agent perfusion was completed.
