Instruction for flow control device of spray gun

1. Shake the foaming gun system of PU foam cans vigorously.

2. Screw the can into the adapter (not too tight!) .

3. When starting to work, press down the lever and let the foam flow for 2 seconds; The foam is filled with elongated tubes to drive out residual air.

4. During construction, the foam filling syringe should be kept erect.

5. The foam output flow rate can be adjusted according to the raft to adjust the flow rate (large before and small after).

6. Shake the new can and remove the empty one when replacing it. Quickly install the new PU foam tank in less than a minute.

7. Do not allow sundries into the adapter when changing the can to prevent foam hardening in the gun.

8. When there is no construction, the foam tank should be erected as a whole without unloading.

9. When cleaning the foam gun, after removing the foam agent inside and outside the gun, press the cleaning agent into the gun and to the construction.

10. When the flow rate needs to be adjusted more finely, the rubber nozzle can be fixed on the nozzle; (note: cleaning agent should be used when not in use. Do not use hard objects to remove all parts of the gun to avoid foam leakage.)

11. Avoid any damage during use.
