I. installation conditions:

1. Environmental protection wood plastic indoor doors must be reserved hole installation method, do not install while the edge of the practice;

2. Environmental protection wood-plastic interior doors must be installed in the doorway after the completion of the ground project (floor tile or stone), it is recommended to install after the completion of the wall work.

Ii. Installation and testing:

1. Inspect products for cargo damage;

2. Measure whether the hole size is consistent with the product to be installed;

3. Check the holes are regular and the walls are firm.

Iii. Installation tools:

Electric hammer, electric drill, woodworking hammer, planer, fine-tooth saw (hacksaw), screwdriver, square ruler, tape measure, wire hammer, hole opener, chisel, drill bit of corresponding specification, etc.

Iv. Installation materials:

Nails, since tapping screws, 502 plastic, wanneng plastic, wood screw (40 mm, 25 mm), small wooden strips, foam rubber, white latex, door lock, hinge, door suction etc.

Installation procedures

Check door leaf each component is complete above all, each component dimension is correct, allocate each cover door to install corresponding position to whether accord with door hole dimension.

1. Door hole wall:

It makes two rows of holes (inclined inward) in the hole hole with an electric hammer, with a distance of about 300 mm, so that it is filled with wooden tenons of corresponding size.

2. Fixed wood lining:

In the door hole wall on both sides and top fixed two rows of thickness for 10 mm (or more) of wood lining bar (on both sides of the outside width = door cover back of the mouth of the mouth width), for fixed door cover.

3. Saw cut door cover:

1) saw assembly notch at the top of vertical sleeve plate: saw 45° bevel interface or 90° convex interface.

2) saw the door cover both ends of the assembly gap: according to the width of the door leaf saw 45° oblique interface or 90° concave interface (door set width = door leaf width +8 ~ 10); Bevel interface or right Angle concave interface must be in line with the vertical sleeve plate, the requirements of the incision must be straight, with a flat file (sandpaper) polish smooth smooth, no hairline edge.

4. Install door cover and door fan:

1) install hinge side and top door cover: clip the hinge side (or top) door cover on the wood liner, use a speed regulating electric drill on the lead hole of the door cover, and then fix the door cover on the wall with wood screws, and install the top (or hinge side) door cover in the same way. Note that the door cover is horizontal and vertical.

2) hinge installation door: determine the hinge position (the upper and lower hinge position is 1/10 of the height of the door) after opening the hinge slot (yuanchang hinge is recommended), first screw a wood screw on the upper and lower hinge, and then check whether the door is flexible, and then tighten other screws, do not screw directly into the door cover. (three hinges are recommended for each door)

3) install the lock side door cover in the method mentioned above 1). Please close the door before locking the wood screw, and check whether the upper and lower size of the side door seam of the door cover is the same. If the error is large, the wood liner shall be padded with thin wood to correct, and then the screw shall be locked. Note that the door cover is horizontal and vertical.

4) note that the two sets of board and top set of board must be 90°, the two diagonal error is less than 2 mm, because there is a small gap between the door set and wall, at this point can be filled with foam adhesive, so that the door set and wall connection firm compacts.

5) insert anti-collision bar at the mining mouth of the door cover.

6) install locks: according to the provided locks, it is installed to a corresponding position. The lock position is about 900-1000 mm from the ground height.

7) when opening hinge slots and locking holes, pay attention not to damage the surface of the door, door cover and other parts during the operation.

5. Install door cover wire:

According to the size of the installation site, cut the door cover wire with right Angle into 45° bevel, and polish it with flat file (sandpaper or carpenter's plane), insert the right Angle into the door cover groove, and use wannen glue to stick the door cover line and door cover board, 90° touch the tip of the bevel is consistent, flat, and tight, the door cover line with white glue.

6. Install door suction:

Install door suction in corresponding position.

7. Cleaning:

Use a towel or cloth without diluent to clean the installed package door (clean the site), and give the user acceptance, to introduce its maintenance method to the user.

Vi. Acceptance criteria

1. Overall effect:

1) good mining location;

2) flexible door locks;

3) door around crack (about 3-4 mm), top crack (1. 5-- 2mm), door distance from ground crack is 5--8 mm;

4) the door cover vertical cover plate should be perpendicular to the ground level;

5) door cover assembly crack is tight and firm;

6) the door cover line is close to the wall surface;

7) no damage to all surface finishes.

2. Hinge position:

1) the upper and lower hinge position is 1/10 of the height of the door;

2) the hinge position is the upper and lower center of the door leaf.

3. Lock position:

The lock location is about 950 -- 1000 mm from the ground.

Vii. Other matters needing attention

1. Before the corner wall and t-wall hole installation should inform the customer first in a plane to do "fake wall", 60mm mm line of fake wall width is not less than 35mm (80mm line of fake wall is not less than 55mm), otherwise after the installation of the door set line will be uneven;

2. The reserved dimension of a door hole is: door height = door leaf height +50 mm, door width = door leaf width +80 mm. (note: door height refers to the net height of the finished door floor (brick) project.)
